During the last ten years I have been working as an aid worker between Africa, the Caribbean and South America. I am currently based in East Africa, specifically in Rwanda, but I’m also working in Uganda and Burundi.
I am dealing with migrants, vocational training and child protection. In my free time I write and take photographs, describing this long journey across these two very different continents.
I often feel like the Harmattan wind, blowing from North West Africa to the Gulf of Guinea, without roots, but keen to learn from every single grain of sand I may encounter on my path.
